"The dog ate my card...."

It happens. Sometimes an ID card wears out from use, or the picture of the cardholder has faded away, or the dog ate your card! Many times those cards, with the exception of dog eaten cards, are replaced for free. Then there are bent, broken, chipped, hole-punched through the mag-stripe, left in the washer, dryer cards, or cards with other noticeable signs of damage, and those cards are replaced for a fee of $10.

What is Normal Wear and Use?

Wear to the front or back of a card occurs over a period of time from campus door locks and card swipe machines.
