Office of the Vice Provost

The Office of the Vice Provost assists the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs in managing areas such as: budget planning, implementation, and control; instructional facilities utilization; development and delivery of information technology services.  In addition, the Vice Provost is a member of the President’s Cabinet and serves as the academic administrative representative on the University Budget Committee and on various campus committees related to university initiatives.

Laraine Goto is the Assistant to the Vice Provost.  She provides strategic leadership for, and ensures effective implementation of, a wide range of initiatives, and is responsible for providing a high level of operational and procedural administrative support on behalf of the Vice Provost.
