• In 2015, 8,770 acres of raspberries were harvested in California with a yield of 19,800 pounds per acre for a total of 173,790,000 pounds.

     

    Value of production or sales was $477,319,000. California raspberries went into food production including juices, preserves, frozen foods, dessert wines, just to name a few.
