The Graduate Net

If you are a current graduate student at Fresno State, or plan to join our ranks, you are in the right place! The Graduate Net is your portal to every service available to postbaccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral students, both on campus and through the internet. 

There are a variety of on-campus resources to support graduate students. We encourage you to explore this portal at your own pace and learn about the different resources Fresno State has to offer!

Successful Transition into Graduate School (STRINGS)

Successful Transition into Graduate School (STRINGS) is a year-long cohort program focused on helping Hispanic and other underrepresented minority, first-generation, and/or returning students transition successfully into graduate school.

STRINGS, which is made possible by a U.S. Department of Education Title V Part B (PPOHA) grant, offers: 

  • mentorship and professional development opportunities,
  • monthly cohort meetings and year-long workshops to foster practices leading to successful graduate students, and
  • $500 in direct financial support.
