Final Submission Approval Instructions
To the student: You must email the link to this page to your chair and committee or direct them to these instructions on the DTO Web site. Plan ahead. You must do this in advance of the deadline posted at the DTO Web site, and you are responsible for ensuring your chair and committee members have sent approval, per the instructions below.
To the chair and committee: To approve your student's dissertation or thesis, you must agree to the "Final Submission Approval" statement below. We must receive your electronic approval on or before the deadline posted at the DTO Web site.
If you do not agree with any of the language in the "Final Submission Approval" statement,
submit the statement to the DTO.
At the end of the process, you will need to provide your signature on the student's publication copy approval page. It is the student's responsibility to secure your signature on this page upon completion of DTO review.
