The application period is now closed.
ATTENTION: Students who did not apply for graduation through the University for December 2015 or May 2016 will not be able to automatically access the application and will need to be manually added to the database.
If you find that you need to be manually added to the database, please send an email with your Fresno State student ID number to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your student ID number is in the database, you will be able to access the CLCC application.
Please note: the $35 University degree application fee is a separate fee from the Chicano/Latino
Commencement Celebration which is also $35.

Once you have filled out the online application, use one of the following payment options:
- Pay online (preferred method) immediately after submitting your application. If you choose this option, you will automatically be classified as "paid" and there is no need to turn in an additional receipt. IMPORTANT: If you close the application window without paying, you will need to submit your payment at Cashier Services located in the Joyal Administration Building, south lobby.
- Pay in person at Cashier Services. IMPORTANT: If you choose this option, please print your application receipt (the last page of your completed application) and submit it with your payment to Cashier Services in the Joyal Administration Building, south lobby. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), money order, or check. Make checks payable to: Fresno State and include your student ID number.
Note: the $35 application fee is non-refundable. All applications received after the April 1st deadline will be subject to a $10 late fee.
