Academic Technology Resource Center
The Resource Center provides customer support to all Fresno State faculty, staff, and students in their use of Canvas and other technology.
Instructors can get assistance with: scanning documents, uploading documents, formatting test questions to upload to their Learning Management System, creating accessible documents, uploading audio or video to the streaming server, copying courses, setting up Canvas Grades, etc. To get started, come in, fill out a work order, and we will get started!
Students are welcome to visit the Resource Center if they need assistance uploading assignments, setting up the Canvas Student app, Pathbrite help, and general troubleshooting.
