Interviews

Immersing students in an unfamiliar agency without proper preparation may be ill-conceived.   Its best to remember the credo:  anything that’s powerful enough to do good is powerful enough to do harm.   One way to test the waters is to have students conduct interviews of clients, volunteers, or managers of the community agency.  Providing a student with structured interview questions should ease them into this process.
