The Academic Technology Resource Center is here to help.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
After regular business hours, complete the After Hours Student Canvas Support form and someone will contact you the next business day. You can also contact the Service Desk (559.278.5000, fresnostate.edu/help/) if you are experiencing problems. Please note: There is limited support after hours as Canvas admin tools are not handled by the Service Desk.
Immediate Access (IA) Update
For the spring 2022 semester, the Kennel Bookstore will continue utilizing the Follett Access pilot program in Canvas as we have committed to using this platform (pilot program) for the entire Academic Year (Fall 21/Spring 22). If you have any questions or need support for the Immediate Access program, please contact Eva Carmona, course materials manager. Eva can be reached at email@example.com or 278-4277.
For the spring semester, we are working to include enhanced student messaging within Canvas to provide additional support/assistance to those enrolled in Immediate Access courses.
The goal of our Follett Access Immediate Access pilot program is to provide students with efficient access to their class materials, reduce the stress associated with the purchasing process, and save on the cost of course materials.
