Instructions

Fill out your application on-line, (see above). Print the last page and bring it to the Cashier's Window in the South Lobby of Joyal Administration Building with your payment. Only paid applicants will participate in the Latino Commencement Celebration. Please check this website on a regular basis for updated information.

Participation fee is $30.00. Cash, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), money order or check.

Make checks payable to Fresno State, also add your ID number to the check.
There will be a $10 late fee for all applications received after the deadline
Absolutely no refunds

Step 1. Complete the Application

If you are unable to print the application or log in on the above referenced link, email your ID number to LCC, we will then send you a response to let you know that you can apply using the link above.

Step 2. Submit the Application and Participation Fee

You must personally deliver the Application receipt and fee to the Cashier's Window in the South Lobby of the Joyal Administrations Building.

It is important to print the last page and fill it out before taking it to the cashier window. Otherwise you will need to stop by the Social Sciences, Room 108 to pick up a duplicate form.
